Responsibilities

•    Aggressively research, develop, and cultivate leads for Thumb Friendly using a variety of online and offline sources
•    Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
•    Qualify prospective clients by phone and close deals in-person
•    Use consultative sales skills to assess prospect goals, propose a solution, and obtain a commitment
•    Communicate ongoing contacts and sales activities utilizing our CRM
•    Provide ongoing and up-to-date documentation to the Customer Support team
 
Required Skills/Experience
•    Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required. Passion for selling online advertising, direct marketing, local advertising or pharmaceuticals are a plus
•    Active experience utilizing CRM systems and working knowledge of internet marketing tools 
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, very high activity sales role
•    Demonstrates top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels
•    Superior organizational skills
•    Strong knowledge of surf, search and social
•    Thrives in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines; shows relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace
•    Bachelor's degree required

Account Manager

Project and Account Management | Atlanta, GA


Account Manager for Thumb Friendly in Atlanta 
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The account manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organizatiaon to ensure quality. In addition, the account manager will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities when needed.
 
Responsibilities

•    Reponsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
•    Review and approve all sales and scopes for mBA(s) under account manager
•    Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
•    Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an effecient manner, informing the appropriate parties of the resolution
•    Owns the billing, contract, and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
•    Approves change orders, invoices, and is responsible for payment collections
•    Assigns vendors and team members to a project in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status
•    Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
•    Communicates with the client's goals and represent the cleint's interests to the team
•    Provides regular communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
 

Required Skills/Experience
•    Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
•    Able to manage upwards of 5-10 people at a time
•    Minimum 1 years of account/project management experience
•    Extremely detail oriented
•    Technical competence (not limited to): Basic understanding of desktop websites, Google Adwords, and IOS/Android platforms
•    Motivated, goal oriented, persistent, and skilled negotiator
•    High level of initiative and work well in team environment
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
•    Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
